With the new LEO Ultimate, KELLER Pressure is introducing a high-precision digital pressure gauge for the most challenging calibration, industry and service applications. It combines the latest piezoresistive measurement technology with comprehensive analysis functions, thereby achieving accuracy of down to ± 0,01 %FS.

The high-end LEO Ultimate gauge enables both absolute and relative pressure measurements, thereby offering maximum flexibility for the widest range of application areas. The integrated barometer means that it is possible to switch between the two pressure types at any time, without the need for additional sensor systems.

One of the LEO Ultimate’s key features is its extraordinarily high accuracy, which makes it an ideal reference instrument for demanding measuring tasks. The device also offers a range of measuring modes. In addition to the classic min./max. functions, there are also specialised modes such as leak, rate, peak and alarm. These enable precise analyses of both static pressure states and dynamic pressure trends and leak tests.

The optional data logger function makes it possible to record up to 800'000 measured pressure and temperature values with freely configurable intervals of up to 50 measurements per second. These allow detailed analyses of pressure trends over longer periods.

The measurement data can be conveniently parameterised and read via Bluetooth or USB-C. In combination with the KELLER PressureSuite mobile app, the measurement data can be easily visualised, analysed and documented.

The large, backlit LC display with up to 5½-digit display and two bar graphs enable clear, rapid interpretation of measured values. The robust metal housing with IP67 protection also ensures reliable use even under challenging environmental conditions.
