Product Description
The pressure transmitters of the 23SY-UHP series are designed for ultra-high purity applications in semiconductor manufacturing. Manufactured according to relevant SEMI standards, the fully welded and electropolished design comes without internal seals and minimises the risk of contamination. The robust stainless steel construction ensures excellent long-term stability and reliable performance in demanding gas supply systems.
